I can still smell the Khmer curry – and I am still attempting to make it myself! Cambodia is moving, magical and is a place you will remember forever. It takes a few days to realize most of the population is under 40 years of age and then you discover why. Learning about the history of Cambodia and its struggles is just as important as witnessing the grandeur of the Angkor Temples. The local children will win you over with their smiles, the local women with their beauty and the local men with their pride and knowledge. It is, quite simply, an enchanting country. I went with no expectations and left with memories of a country and people who will always be in my heart. Dyan McKie – Intrepid Team
