While staying on Phi Phi Island in southern Thailand I decided to go for a little hike one morning. 2 hours later I found myself stuck in a labyrinth full of monkeys, snakes and death pits. Steph was still asleep when I left at 7AM and just barely work up when I got back around 10AM. She saw me walk in all sweaty and dirty and asked how my morning was… that’s when I realized just how stupid I was for hiking by myself in a foreign jungle with flip-flops.
